Yes! All services and pricing are gender-neutral. We welcome everyone and support individuality in every form.
4. What hair product lines do you use and retail?
We proudly use and sell Oribe, Electric London, and Goldwell — premium haircare brands trusted worldwide for lasting results.
5. Do you accept walk-ins or is it by appointment only?
We recommend booking ahead to guarantee your time and stylist, but we’ll do our best to accommodate walk-ins when possible.
6. Is JUSTB Salon dog-friendly?
Yes! Well-behaved, leashed dogs are always welcome. We love our four-legged visitors as much as our clients.
7. Can I book a consultation before committing to a service?
Absolutely. Complimentary consultations are available to help you find the perfect service and stylist for your needs.

Yes, our stylists are experienced in working with all hair types and textures — from curls to straight and everything in between.

11. What is your cancellation policy?
24-hour notice from appointment start time = no cancellation fee.

Less than 24 hours = 50% of services charged.
Less than 2 hours or no-show = 100% of services charged.

We require credit card information to book appointments. Your data is safe and strictly confidential. Your card will only be charged if cancellation fees apply or you miss your appointment.

If you can't provide a credit card, a 50% deposit is required.

Deposits: Deposits are transferable if appointments are rescheduled within our cancellation window.
Long Appointments: Require 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel. Otherwise, cancellation fees apply.
No-Call/No-Show: These will result in a 100% charge and inability to book future appointments.
