To his clients, Ben is the best hairstylist who masters precision haircuts and the go-to expert for achieving the hair colours they desire. With over 20 years of experience, Colin is a master cutter and a seasoned pro in all things hair. As a former salon owner, he’s worn every hat in the industry—from cutting and colouring to salon management and education—bringing a deep well of expertise to every appointment. When you sit in Colin’s chair, expect more than just great hair—you’ll feel like you’re catching up with an old friend who just happens to be exceptionally talented.

Mimi brings more than two decades of hairstyling expertise to JUSTB Salon, with a career spanning from Vancouver to Montreal and advanced training in Toronto and New York with Vidal Sassoon and Bumble and Bumble. Her philosophy is simple: hair is therapy — or as she lovingly calls it, “hairapy.” Each guest in her chair is invited to feel relaxed, cared for, and transformed through a personalized experience. Specializing in lived-in cuts and beautiful, natural color, Mimi crafts styles that enhance her clients’ individuality while keeping them effortlessly modern.
Mimi’s artistry has taken her beyond the salon chair, from working backstage at Fashion Week and Eco Fashion Week to creating stunning looks for weddings, editorials, and features in magazines and local publications. She finds daily inspiration in “Art in Motion,” as well as in the beauty of outdoor sunsets and vibrant city skylines.

Travis has been with us at JUSTB Salon for over six years. We have seen him grow from working as our front desk to now one of our sought after stylists. Travis specializes in beautiful blondes, colour transformations, and the master of a bouncy blowout!

LOUIS | Greeter
Louis is the house greeter, an old soul who’s very easy to fall in love with. He’s highly skilled at chasing squirrels and finding lunch bags in the staff room. He’s part-time retired, so you can catch him on the odd day. He’s proficient at puppy faces and getting ear scratches.
